At Smarthands Services, our operations manager offers over 30 years experience in the ICT industry. Starting his career as a cabling installer.  As the job challenges increased, so did his passion for technology. Growing into his roles as a telephone technician, network technician, smart hands technician, Quality Assurance Manager to managing multiple projects for large corporations. Becoming a BICSI corporate member. Training to earn the RCDD certification.

Our general manger handles our SMB's projects and oversees our customer relations. While managing a security company in Hawaii, (2016 - 2023) he was able to effectively grow, and maintain client relations. His role included providing consulting and support for the sale of the security company, prior to moving back to California, and becoming part of Smarthands Services family. 

As a small business entrepreneur, our business manager has a passion for technology and safety. Engaging in providing smart home services through her first business, she has now entered the retail SMB/SME field to provide smart hands services for businesses. For companies looking to upgrade their outdated, end of life, of problematic network and security camera equipment,  she can provide an adequate  solution for your business!
